Backup Support Services
With most backup plans you will sign up for from Offsite Data Storage will come with some type of backup support services. Consumer plans typically have forum support or support via email with a 24 hour turnaround time. Business and Enterprise plans typically have better support plans with much faster access to technicians.
We can also assist if you need support outside of the support you will recieve from the Online Data Backup Vendor you choose to host your online backups. We charge $60 per hour to assist you with your backup needs. We can provide installation support, assistance with restores, installation support and maintenance for Symantec Backup Exec, and backup consultation to assist you with setting up a total protection backup system (on-site support only available in the Denver-Metro area.
